Embolden Expands Art + Project Management Depts. with New Hires

Embolden, an international digital communications group, announced the expansion of its art and project management departments with the hiring of three new employees: Interactive Designer Jim Dotte, along with Project Managers Matt Ransford and Megan Knobbe.

Embolden, which provides online strategy, web development, web design, and content management services, announced the hires Tuesday afternoon.

Jim Diotte
Diotte joins Embolden as Interactive Designer, leaving behind a ten-year legacy at Providence's RDW Group where he served as head of the interactive department and in-house video editor. His former clients include Absolut Vodka, BlueCross BlueShield of Delaware and Rhode Island, The Darden Business School, Johnson Cornell University, and Nike. 

Diotte, a graduate of the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY, is a recipient of the Telly and Bellringer awards, among other honors and acclamations.

 

Matt Ransford
Ransford, who will serve as Senior Technical Project Manager, joins Embolden from Hasbro, where he was as a senior producer in Digital Marketing, International. While at Hasbro, Ransford produced promotions, partnerships, and websites globally for companies from Asia to Latin America, in addition to directing Facebook launches for four Hasbro brands across six markets. Prior to his stint at Hasbro, Ransford worked as a senior producer for Articulate in New York City, working to conceptualize and execute projects for Popular Science, Allure, Glamour, Cargo and Columbia University. Ransford received a bachelor's of fine arts degree in film and television from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.

 

Megan Knobbe
Knobbe served as senior account manager at Astonish, a digital marketing company, before joining Embolden as Project Manager and Strategist. At Astonish, Knobbe led her own team and advised more than 30 clients in business strategy, management, and customer service. Before her time at Astonish, Knobbe was employed as a district manager for ADP Payroll, where she worked to profile and build referral and acquisition relationships with CPA and accounting firms. Knobbe graduated from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, with a bachelor's degree in marketing and minors in both English and Political Science.
