This year Chef Brittany Muggle has created an autumn-inspired Peach Cobbler Cheesecake, featuring peach compote, oatmeal crumble, maple caramel and a gingersnap crust. Guests can order the Bakes For Breast Cancer dessert special from October 7 through October 13 at Ten Prime Steak & Sushi in downtown Providence. All proceeds will then go directly to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.

“This one hits close to home,” says Harrison Elkhay, President of Chow Fun Food Group. “With October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I think it is so important to shine a light on the continuous need for cancer research funding. After my father’s battle with cancer, I’m excited to give back to the cause with the help of my dedicated team and loyal customers.”

Loaded Lobster Bisque

There’s lobster bisque — and then there’s Jimmy’s Port Side lobster bisque.

This week, the Galilee staple — celebrating its 65th anniversary this year — made sure longtime fans (and potential new customers) know just how much lobster goes into their recipe.

"Just to clear up any confusion we will be open until November and I will be making batches of Lobster Bisque once a week until we close!!!

So enjoy it and when the season comes to an end I will announce so everyone can stock up!!!
