According to RISP, at 4:56 AM, members of the RISP Hope Valley Barracks responded to calls for a multi-vehicle crash on Route 95 North, just south of Exit 9 in the Town of Exeter.

RISP said that the initial investigation revealed that a tractor-trailer was traveling in the middle lane of Route 95 up an incline in the roadway when it was struck in the rear by a Subaru Outback.
