NEW: Shots Fired in Watertown near Franklin Street

Police operations in Watertown, Franklin Street area. Multiple rapid fire shots fired. Boston Police are warning residents to go back inside and shelter in place.

Residents were told earlier that they could return to normal activity while exercising vigilance. No information as to the missing marathon bombing suspect has been released. Law enforcement officials are returning to Watertown-state police are being bused back into the area.
