Evelyn Cianci, of Cranston, Dies at 95

Evelyn Cianci, 95, a lifelong resident of Cranston, died peacefully Monday at the Cedars. She was the wife of the late George A. Cianci.

Born in Providence, daughter of the late Michael and Rosina (Dipillo) Sassi. She was a devoted mom to daughter Diana L. Marrocco of Cranston, sister to the late Armando, Dante, and Roy Sassi. Loving grandma to David, Jason, Lauren, Lisa, and Brittany Marrocco. Proud great-grandma to Anthony, Bella, Gianna, and Michael.

Being surrounded by her family was her greatest joy. She will be forever missed in our hearts.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend comital prayers Thursday, September 16, 2021, at 11 a.m. in St. Ann’s Cemetery Chapel, Cranston.

Calling hours and flowers are respectfully omitted.
