Gail Ann Sylvia of Jamestown, Formerly of Providence Dies at 65

Gail Ann Sylvia, 65, of Jamestown, formerly of Providence, passed away unexpectedly on July _, 2022. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late John V. and Carol B. (Martin) Sylvia.

 

Gail worked in the jewelry industry for many years. She loved being outdoors, whether it was going to the beach, camping, visiting lighthouses or simply just bird watching. She was a very social person and had an infectious laugh that endeared her to all who had the privilege of meeting her. She was an incredibly selfless person, with a warm & loving heart.

She is survived by her three cherished daughters, Shajina Moronta, Jena Cabrera (Ernesto Peña) and Kelsey Cabrera (Andre Savage); longtime companion Esteban Cabrera; dear sisters, Cheryl Ferra, Donna Sylvia and Karen Sylvia. She is also survived by her aunt Annie Incollingo, uncle Albert Martin (Helene), and several nephews.

 

Her funeral service will be held in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Tuesday, July 26th at 8:00pm. VISITING HOURS will precede her service from 4:00 – 8:00 pm.
