Former Lieutenant Governor Charles Fogarty says the Republican candidate for the office, Heidi Rogers, misled voters by running in the primary only to turn around and endorse third-party candidate Bob Healey just days after the primary. Healey has promised to do everything he can to abolish the office, but Fogarty, who is a Democrat, tells GoLocalProv it serves a useful purpose.
