Boucher, Capuano Highlight 2019 RI Hockey Hall of Fame Class

The Rhode Island Hockey Hall of Fame has announced its class of 2019 and it is who's who of hockey greats.

The ten-member class is highlighted by former Mount Saint Charles star and NHL goaltender Brian Boucher, former NHL head coach Jack Capuano and NHL general manager Brian Burke.

“This is a diverse group that spans the entire history of the game in Rhode Island, from Malcolm Greene Chace, who brought ice hockey here from Canada in the 1890s, to Brian Boucher, a first-round draft pick who analyzes NHL games for a national TV audience,″ said Vin Cimini, chairman of the R.I. Hockey Hall of Fame.

The class will be enshrined during a ceremony on September 6 at the Twin River Event Center.
