Sky Chiefs to Hold Basketball Clinic in South Providence

The Providence Sky Chiefs will host a free basketball clinic on Friday evening at the South Providence Recreation Center from 5:30-7 p.m.

The clinic will involve members of the Sky Chiefs basketball team as well as 60 kids from the South Providence area ranging in age from 5-13 years old.

After the clinic, the Sky Chiefs will practice at the Recreation center in preparation for their next game on November 15.

The Providence Sky Chiefs are Rhode Island's first professional basketball team in nearly three decades and are currently 1-1 in their inaugural season.
