At Duffy & Sweeney, she will work with firm clients, including in-house counsel, on a range of business, employment, technology and international property, and other commercial matters.
Prior to joining Duffy & Sweeney, her roles included nearly seven years as Deputy General Counsel for Corvias Group and three years as Director of Compliance and Corporate Counsel at GTECH (now IGT).
Wilkinson has handled all facets of construction and property management, as well as human resources matters and employment law issues including those related to the Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She has also been responsible for the oversight of codes of conduct, employee handbooks and risk assessments. Wilkinson has worked extensively on licensing/regulatory issues in the gaming sector, corporate governance and compliance-related issues.
A resident of North Kingston, Wilkinson is a 1999 graduate of Indiana University where she received a BA in criminal justice and psychology. She received her law degree at the Emory University School of Law in 2002.
She is a volunteer for the East Greenwich Animal Protection League and previously volunteered for the Rhode Island Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

Maureen McKenna Goldberg — Think Diana Ross. She is the lead of the Supremes. Nothing happens in the hallowed chambers of the Rhode Island State Supreme Court without Goldberg’s stamp on it.
With her husband, lobbyist Bob Goldberg making millions in lobbying fees and representing some of the most powerful business interests in business, their reach is wide and deep.
If you want to know what is really happening in the state, then get on their boat one weekend and keep quiet and listen.

Zach Darrow — Busy building one of the most dynamic business law firms in the state, complete with nearly a dozen real estate and corporate attorneys. Add to his mix a lobbying arm that functions like Pac-Man when it comes to tax stabilization agreements.

He was selected by Governor Lincoln Chafee to pursue the recovery of the 38 Studios assets from a collection of litigants -- and in total, he recovered over $60 million.
